We're pleased to be able to confirm that tickets for GBRf 15 will go on sale mid-morning this coming Friday 25th March, slightly earlier than originally envisaged. If you're looking to book on this train please read the following carefully so you understand how to obtain the package you require.
The ONLY way to book on this train will be through the online store of this website. Just to re-iterate, no pay on the day or part fares will be accepted.
Payment can only be made by debit or credit card.
For groups looking to guarantee sitting together, it would be helpful if you arrange for one person in your party to collate your funds and make your booking for the correct number of people.
If you book separately and wish to sit with another, you can e-mail your request to email@example.com and we will do our best to manage this, however we cannot guarantee that requests can be accommodated.
Standard Class vehicles have tabled of 4 and First Class vehicles have tables of 4 and of 2. Tables for 2 can be guaranteed on payment of the supplement online.
Tickets of the same type booked together will be seated together subject to the seating layout of the carriage. For example, a booking of 9 in Standard Class will involve one seat not being with the remaining 8. Also, 4 people booked in Platinum with the table for two supplement would be allocated two tables for two, and these would obviously not be adjacent to each other.
When booking, be very careful to ensure you enter all details correctly, especially your e-mail address. This is particularly important as all subsequent communication will be by e-mail, including your boarding pass.
After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail to the nominated e-mail address. This is confirmation of your booking and contains a unique reference number. Please keep this reference number safe should you require it later.
Around 7-10 days prior to the date of operation you will receive (by e-mail) your boarding pass and joining instructions.
We will be opening up the tickets in batches in order to manage the platinum/first/standard balance as best we can, so if you see that your preferred option is sold out, don't panic, there may well be more seats released subsequently and we'll keep everyone up to date with availability through the various forums, Facebook Event, and the website.
After booking, any subsequent queries will need to be made by e-mail, and quoting your reference number, to firstname.lastname@example.org and your issue will be managed as efficiently as possible.
